the common action free school is an on-going, informal learning network that focuses on education and skill sharing among people of all ages.  the boundaries between students, teachers, and organizers are consciously blurred in an open structure that encourages self-reliance, critical consciousness and community building.

    we meet every other week to plan upcoming classes and events.  our planning meetings are currently held every other monday at 6 pm at the coffeehouse/chess cafe, 320 N. Main St., Bloomington, IL (yep, we changed the day and place) and are open to anyone who wants to get involved.  our next meeting is may 27.  see you there!
